Staff was super welcoming and friendly. The place is small but comfy. I ordered their tonkotsu ramen and I ordered extra chasu because I didn't expect the single piece that comes with the ramen to be so big! The chicken gyoza were so crispy and yummy. Reasonable prices as well.
The vegetarian ramen is very good. Such flavor to the broth, and the tofu is panko breaded- wonderfully crispy and good. It's hard to put it in the broth because it's just right as it is! You can customize the ramen as you'd like to by adding different ingredients and toppings. A poached egg is good in it. The portions are large and filling. The place is small and cozy with warm red colors and lighting. Downside is it's popular and gets very crowded and loud.
Vibe is friendly; service is attentive. Seated quickly even though it was busy; the staff bussed and cleaned tables as customers left to assure room. I had the chicken ramen spice level 3. It came out hot and delicious. I enjoyed my meal as did my companion. Check this place out if you haven't already.
I was in ABQ for business for a week and stopped here for dinner one evening. I was pleasantly impressed. Located near downtown off of Central Avenue. I was able to find parking along the street, but I'm guessing certain times of the day parking may be a little difficult. Inside was nice, and I'm guessing they cater to and are popular with the college crowd. I ordered the large ramen bowl with pork belly and it was absolutely delicious. It was nice and warm, the noodles had a nice texture (homemade, not from a box), and the broth was very tasty. Service was very good as well. I'm definitely coming back here on my next work trip to ABQ and I highly recommend
